Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 45-day return period from the date you receive your Product.
To qualify:
- The return must be shipped within 45 days (based on carrier tracking)
- All components must be included
2. Condition of Returned Items
To receive a refund:
- Products must be returned in good working condition
- All included items must be returned (including jewelry covers, accessories, packaging where applicable)
Incomplete or damaged returns may result in reduced refunds or denial.
3. Refund Amounts
- A $75 restocking fee will be deducted from all returns
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping charges (if applicable)
- Loss & Damage deductibles
- Optional extended warranty fees (if already activated)

Before initiating a return, we strongly encourage you to:

To return a product:
- Contact customer support to initiate the return
- Use the provided return shipping label
- Package the product securely
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a replacement, please:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order
7. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed after inspection
- Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt for processing
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your Product is defective:
- Contact us immediately
- You may be eligible for repair or replacement under warranty
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
